CBA offers complete exterior and interior Design services. After this is done the design goes to the architect for plans. We have approved Architects and mechanical engineers. After working with many architects we have a group that we Approved. Average cost for complete set of plans $7,500 to $15,000 Mechanical engineer average $5,000. If needed for larger projects requiring land Development we have civil engineers approved. In metro Atlanta we have expediters that submit plans to the city or county. Expediters make the Approval much quicker and help in the comment Section.
